What you pay, and who you pay it to
Two separate costs — and only one of them is ours.
Your SpiralClass plan
What you pay us for the software: the price above, or nothing at all on Free. It is the only money SpiralClass receives from you, and we take no commission on your lesson income on any plan.
Stripe's processing fee
Your students pay you directly. A payment made through Stripe goes straight into your own Stripe account, and Stripe charges you its own fee for handling it. That fee is Stripe's, not ours — Stripe sets the rate for your country and the payment method used, and SpiralClass receives no part of it. It applies to every method Stripe offers at checkout, including the local bank-transfer and cash options it may show your student, not only to cards.

Your student transfers the money straight to your Wise account. It never passes through Stripe, so there is no Stripe processing fee at all. Wise or your own bank may still charge you for receiving it.
